The ultimate team management command center for hockey managers. Track rosters, game RSVPs, finances, and communication all from one centralized dashboard.

How do I create a team?

Sign up and choose Manager. You'll get setup cards on your dashboard to name your team, add your schedule and invite players.

How do players join my team?

Invite them from the roster with their email and they'll get an invite link, or share your team's join code from the roster so they can join themselves.

I got an invite but can't see my team.

Make sure you signed in with the same email address the invite was sent to. If the email is different, ask your manager to resend the invite to the right address.

How do I mark myself in or out?

Open your Locker Room or the Schedule and tap In, Out or Maybe on the game. If you're out you can add a private reason that only your manager sees.

When are reminders sent?

About 24 hours before each event by email and in-app, unless you've already marked yourself out.

Can I import my league's schedule?

Yes. Managers can paste a league calendar link on the Schedule page. Games sync automatically every day, and you can sync manually any time.

Does InorOut process dues payments?

No. Players pay managers directly through Venmo, Zelle or cash. InorOut tracks what's owed and lets players report payments so managers can confirm them.

I paid but my balance hasn't changed.

Use 'I sent payment' on your Payments page so your manager is notified. Your balance updates once they confirm it.

How do I cancel my ad-free plan?

Contact us using the form below and we'll cancel it for you. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Who can see my phone number and email?

Only your team's manager. Teammates see your name, avatar, position, number and RSVP status.

How do I delete my account?

Send us a request using the form below with the topic 'Account & privacy' and we'll take care of it.
